I need it fast. When do you ship?
Shipment is guaranteed next business day within 24 hours of payment, Mon-Fri. Everything ships free via Priority Mail, a super-fast 2-3 day delivery service. Priority Mail Express (1-2 day delivery) is available for an upcharge. Priority Mail Express is an overnight delivery service to most locations, taking an extra day for more rural locations. Choose from free shipping or Priority Mail Express at checkout. Inquire via email for possible same-day or Saturday shipping. If possible, best efforts will be made.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Every system comes with a full 1-year warranty. That's symbolic of the confidence we have in the durability of our products and quality of our work. Our products have a multi-year development cycle. It is the product of passion and expertise. The system itself is extremely durable with no moving parts. Operating the unit doesn't produce much wear at all. You can expect decades to possibly an entire lifetime of longevity from your new system. Warranty does not cover accidents, power surges, or any deliberate destruction.
What if I have a question about my product?

Do you take game requests or substitutions?
Yes, where applicable. CD-based games like PlayStation can be very large games. Consequently, not every game can be included. We spent the time to make sure that the very best get represented, but realize how subjective that process can be. If you don't see a game that's a must have, email us! We'll do everything possible to accommodate. Requests are always welcome.
Do the systems connect to modern HD TVs?
Yes. The system connects to any TV with an HDMI port, even 4K TVs (all modern TVs have HDMI ports).
How are the graphics? Do they play in HD?
Real is the best way to describe the graphics. These are all authentic, original games and you'll see their authentic, original graphics. The only thing that has changed is the TV technology that they're being played on. Modern HD televisions means the games will play in glorious HD.
What's the difference between the systems?
PlayStation Classic: Includes 1st-5th Gen (PS1, N64) games plus Game Boy Advance and an assortment of Dreamcast games. Super Nintendo Classic: Includes 1st-4th Gen (SNES, Genesis) games plus N64 and Game Boy Advance. NES Classic: Includes 3rd Gen (NES, SMS) games plus Atari 2600 and Game Boy.
